It was dark and overcast. I was traveling northbound on the west sidewalk (permitted by the City of Seattle along this stretch). I slowed down at the intersection of the Edgewater driveway and Alaskan Way. I had the green light and was proceeding through when the driver, who never looked to her right, proceeded to try and make a right hand turn on red and ran into me. She admitted fault and I got $50 cash for my rim. However, my knee hurt a few hours afterward.
