GhostCycle #12 - 15th Ave NE & Lake City Way

Riding south on east sidewalk of Lk City Wy, approaching crosswalk accross 15th Ave with walk signal (red light for 15th Ave). Cut off by fast-moving car that entered the crosswalk illegaly and abruptly, I ran into the right fender of the car and crumpled onto the ground. Car was stopped by the time I hit it, but completely blocking the crosswalk (still with walk signal). I didn't have time to react. Settled verbally.
