I know this is old, but I ride a lot + this is my one collision with a vehicle. I was coming to a stop at a red light when a car behind me turned into the old Safeway parking lot + clipped my rear wheel (rear-ended me). I flipped over the handlebars + was dazed, even though I did not hit my head. The woman driver stopped momentarily and then pulled into the parking lot. I thought she was going to stop, but she then drove through the parking lot and left through the other exit and drove away. None of the several witnesses were able to get her license number.
