GhostCycle #28 - Broadway & John

Driver passed me southbound on Broadway at approx 25mph. Driver made a right turn into Dick's driveway immediately after passing me. I had no where to go but slam into his passenger side 1/4 panel. Flew over the hood, where i had enough time to do several things such as light up a smoke, call home, etc., and came down head (and helmet) first onto road. My head and damaged helmet were conveniently followed by my right side shoulder and knee slamming onto the road as well. Hence, the fracture and ligament tear. Yee haw! Driver was arrested by SPD after blowing a .12 on the beer breath-o-meter.
