After I passed thru Union intersection, he turned from Union to N/B First and hit me; paused, then took off. Of numerous witnesses, two volunteered their names, and all of us got his license #829EMT. Seattle police never bothered to follow thru and track him down; as of March '99, detective was 'working on it'. So perhaps they may still get to it(?).
